1 General Provisions & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 123ga platform ("Platform", "Site") and all of its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

123ga is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various instant game services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account at 123ga, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All such accounts will be closed and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 123ga support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

The platform may request documentation for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension.

3 Age Verification & Responsibility

123ga services are available only to those aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Parents and guardians must ensure that minors cannot access this platform. 123ga bears no responsibility in this regard.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 123ga: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (by any method).

Funds must be sent only from your own account. Third-party payments are not accepted. To prevent money laundering, 123ga reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests may be rejected if verification has not been done.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement). This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are only for the user in whose name the account is registered.
• Only real money (deposit balance) may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• 123ga reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

Regular players can advance through three VIP levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Advancement to higher levels depends on active participation on the platform. VIP members may enjoy additional benefits.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 123ga are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet or game result is affected by a technical error, 123ga will review and make a decision on it.
• 123ga is not responsible for any active bet affected by an internet disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. 123ga reserves the right to change odds on any event. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games are operated through third-party game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others. The outcomes of these games are determined entirely by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). 123ga has no control over game results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Manipulating any game or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Unauthorised interference with the platform's software, algorithms, or services.
• Making false complaints against 123ga or misleading other users.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

123ga reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, the regular balance may be withdrawn. However, in cases of fraud or bonus abuse, the balance may be forfeited.
